Data Deletion Request

Luminas Business Solutions Effective: 1 June 2026

If you have interacted with Luminas Business Solutions through our WhatsApp channel (including via our AI assistant Lumi), through our website, or as a client, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by us.

This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what to expect.

Facebook / Meta users: If you connected with LBS through a Meta platform (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger) and wish to delete the data we collected through that interaction, follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send us a deletion request

Contact us via WhatsApp at +960 735 8693 or email us at luminas.mv@gmail.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

Include your details

In your message, include the name or phone number associated with your interaction so we can locate your records. You do not need to provide any document or ID — your phone number is sufficient.

We'll confirm and process

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 14 business days. We will send you a confirmation once your data has been removed from our systems.

Once your deletion request is confirmed, we will permanently remove your name, phone number, conversation records, and any lead or inquiry data from our CRM. Data held for legal or tax compliance purposes (where required by Maldivian law) will be retained for the minimum legally required period and then deleted.
